You all have been requesting more quiet HIIT workouts and since I’ve seemed to have lost my voice, I figured that this would be an apt time to do another silent HIIT workout lol. This quiet total body workout is perfect for those who live in apartments, dorm rooms, are traveling in hotels, working out in small spaces, or just looking for a knee-friendly low impact HIIT workout.

This workout consists of 3 circuits with with rounds ranging from 30-45 seconds. We’re going to kick this workout off with a warm-up and end with a cool-down stretch after this workout is completed. Stay hydrated, take breaks, modifications are always welcomed and encouraged and consult a physician before beginning this or any other workout program.
