30 Days to Healthy | 5am Morning Workout



I’ve told you guys that I typically workout right after work. But this week I wanted to try an experiment. Would I be able to get up at 4:30am to workout BEFORE work? ….Click “Show More” ↓

Answer is YES. But it’s not easy. I have to pack my things the night before because I shower and get ready at my gym. And I have to go to bed early.

But it’s awesome coming home straight after work to enjoy my evening sunshine. And the biggest plus is I have the gym all to myself. No more fighting the dudes for the squat rack or a bench.
