3 healthy breakfast ideas perfect for the spring/summer!
Breakfast 1: Green Tropical Smoothie
Breakfast 2: Chocolate Overnight Oats
Breakfast 3: Toast With Avocado and Tomato
1 ripe banana
1 small ripe kiwi
1 handful of mango
1 handful of pineapple
1 handful of spinach
1 teaspoon of flax seeds
about a cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
Blend all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
Overnight Oats Recipe:
3/4 cup organic quick oats
1 mashed ripe banana
1 spoonful of cacao powder
1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
Cover the oat mixture with almond milk and stir!
Place in the fridge overnight for the best taste, and enjoy the next morning for a quick on-the-go breakfast!

Toast a slice of organic bread of your choice
Mash 1/2 of an avocado
Thinly slice a small tomato
Spread mashed avocado onto toast and add tomato slices.
Top with a pinch of sea salt and pepper to taste.
