Overnight oats-
1 mashed banana/ 2 tbs yogurt
1/2 cup or 40g rolled oats
1 tbs chia seeds
1 cup / 120ml milk

Egg courgette hash-
1/2 courgette grated
1 egg
garlic salt ( optional )

Coffee Smoothie-
1 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup spinach
1-2 tsp nut butter
1 expresso or cold instant coffee
top up with milk
