Hi, I’m Sarah!

I was recently talking with one of my friends who had been working SO hard to lose weight, but she wasn’t getting anywhere, even though she was spending hours at the gym! UGH! I talked to her about my fitness story, and how I figured out how to go from miserable cardio and restrictive dieting to eating high protein and lifting, and finally achieving the body I had wanted for so long!

After speaking with her and giving her some tips, I decided to create a section of my blog called “wellness wednesday” where each wednesday I post fitness tips, recipes or helpful hints that I learned along the way! I made this video as a supplement to my post, which you can find here:
