3 Energizing Vegan/Raw Vegan Breakfast ideas!!



In this episode I share with you my top 3 energizing breakfast recipes

Energizing Beet Smoothie
1 Medium Beet
1 Small Lemon
3 Medium apples (gala or fuji)
1 cup pineapple (frozen or non)

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Oatmeal
72 grams of thick rolled oats
Cinnamon (LOTS)
Sea Salt (VERY IMPORTANT… )
Vegan protein powder (OPTIONAL taste better without protein)
1/4 cup of raisins
Organic Maple Sugar ( I put about 7 grams you can put more or less)
2-3 capfuls of vanilla or maple extract

Papaya Boats

1 Large Papaya
1-2 cups chopped strawberries
1/2 pint of raspberries
OPTIONAL shredded coconut because you know… Instagram 😛
