3 Easy Vegan Breakfast Ideas | Wholesome + Healthy

Hi Guys!

What a week its been but I have now challenged myself to upload every Friday and the aim is to HAVE FUN doing it.

So I’m starting off by giving you a sneak peak of what my breakfasts usually involve. I love a wholesome breakfast on my good days where I am not rushing around my children and actually have a moment to prep for a wholesome breakfast.

And it is vital that I make sure I am eating well as I am a BREASTFEEDING MAMA.

Cardamom Oatmeal Recipe

1 Cup Oats
1 Tspn Chia Seeds
1 Tspn Cardamom Powder
1 Tspn Cinnamon Powder
1 Cup Ripe Banana Mashed Up
1/2 Cup Filtered Water
1/2 Cup Dairy Free Coconut Milk

Vegan French Toast

2 Ripe Bananas- Mashed Up
Sourdough Loaf
2 Tspns Cinnamon
1 Pint Dairy Free Milk
1 Small Cup Coconut Collaborative Dairy Free Coconut Yogurt
Frozen or Fresh Berries

Quinoa Porridge

1/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa
1 Cup Coconut Collaborative Coconut Yogurt
1 Tspn Chia Seed
1 Tspn Pumpkin Seeds
Fresh or Frozen Berries
