OATMEAL BAKE
2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 mashed banana, 1 banana for topping
1.5 cup any milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes

MANGO SALSA
1 mango
1 cup cilantro
1/2 red onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 lime

TURKEY CHILLI
1 1lb can of crush tomatoes
1 can black beans (no salt added)
1 can kidney beans (no salt added)
1 can corn (no salt added)
1/2 red onion
1 package of ground turkey 93/7 lean
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp cumin

After sautéing onions and turkey, turn heat down on medium and stir for about 5 minutes. Then, let the chilli simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat.
