15 MIN HIIT MORNING WORKOUT | FULL BODY NO EQUIPMENT HOME HIIT or OUTDOOR HIIT | INTENSE FAT BURN | TABATA STYLE | Nick Hindle
This is a great, quick, tabata style HIIT workout for your whole body, that you can blast out in the mornings before you go to work!
Not only will you burn some serious calories doing this workout, it also gives you a great quick sweat, tones your body and gets your heart rate pumping and all body muscles firing!!
This workout can be done anywhere, anytime, as no equipment is needed!
The video is full length, consisting of 24 exercises; working for 30 seconds on each exercise then having a 10 second pause before the next exercise.
MAKE SURE YOU STRETCH AND WARM-UP BEFORE THE ROUTINE

4.) SQUAT THRUST TO FROG LEGS

7.) HAND WALK-OUTS TO PUSH-UP
8.) SHUFFLE SQUATS
9.) CRUNCHES W/ ALTERN. SHIN TOUCH
10.) PUSH-UP TO BURPEE
11.) JUMP SQUATS W/ GROUND TOUCH
12.) PLANK W/ RAISES (ARM EXTENSIONS)
13. INVISIBLE ROPE CLIMBERS
14. CRAB TOE TOUCHES
15. HEEL TAPS
16. 2 X SQUAT TO JUMP LUNGES
17. PUSH-UPS (NORMAL + WIDE)
28. RUN ON THE SPOT W/ HIGH KNEES
29. SPIDER CLIMBERS W/ TWIST
20. JUMP SQUATS
21. SIMPLE CRUNCHES
22. BACKWARDS LUNGES
23. PUSH-UP TO OPPOSITE TOE TOUCH
24. SHUFFLE SIDE TO SIDE W/ GROUND TOUCH
The exercises are shown on screen before and as I do them, and there is a countdown timer with beeps for when to start and pause. Follow what I do at my pace or your own pace for a great full body workout that only takes a short amount of time!
