Banana Almond Smoothie
-unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I use almond breeze)
-1 frozen banana
-1 tbsp. of almond butter (I use “Nuts to You Nut Butter Inc.)

Layered Berry Parfait:

-1 tsp. Chia seeds ( I used PRANA

Banana Blueberry Oatmeal:

-1/2 cup of blueberries
