Idli being a very popular breakfast recipe in South India, is prepared with different kind of Rice, Pulses, Millets, etc.
Today I have shared a Healthy Breakfast recipe prepared with Green Moong/Green Gram and Urad dal. This is an easy and simple to prepare recipe. The Idli batter doesnot require long hours of fermentation. Fermenting time required is around 2-4 hrs .
