Oil – 1 tsp

Idli Batter :

Idli Rice – 1 cup
Raw Rice / Maavu Pachai Arisi – 1/2 cup
Urad Dal – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Mullu Murungai Keerai / Indian Coral Tree – A Handful
